I'm here to guide you through your peri-menopause and menopause process so that you start feeling stronger, energized and confident. Polyvagal informed coaching with me will help you focus on making small, strategic changes on a daily basis so you can clear brain fog, sleep better, boost your energy, lose your menopause belly and improve your total health.

1:1 Menopause Coaching Sessions

You will get a personalized action plan with daily and weekly goals, accountability and educational resources to create sustainable lifestyle changes needed for healthy aging and overall vibrant health.

I partner with you to restore your sleep, manage your stress, and rid of your meno-belly. I will provide you with lifestyle and integrative health practices to support your brain throughout menopause and for a lifetime of use.
