Bredesen Protocol

Early in the pandemic, Chantal got Covid-19 at the hospital, while assisting a client in labor. It was at the time that we still didn't know much about the virus. She was literally on her own as she navigated many months of long covid. Her symptoms included extreme brain fog and she was scared. This was the moment when Chantal made the final decision to prioritize her sleep. In her search to heal her brain fog and overcome the fear of it turning into early dementia, she found the Bredesen Protocol. By implementing the protocol, nervous system regulation, and taking her own health coaching to the pinnacle, she healed herself from the long covid and brain fog. She became passionate about brain health, especially menopause and brain health, and then decided to complete the training to become a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach, to help others.

Ahead of scheduling your initial session, Chantal prefers that you purchase the ReCODE or PreCODE Baseline Lab Panel through Apollo Health and generate your first report and then book your first session.

 
 
PRICING
 
Chantal charges $135 per hour or offers a 20% discount if you purchase a package of 5 ReCODE sessions for $540.
 
Session frequency determined by the individual needs of the participant.
