Pregnant people need to feel safe, supported and connected in order to let go and birth efficiently, empowered and with ease. Help your clients create a safe space to shift from fear and anxiety to calm and confidence. This session will prioritize the physiology of the baby and the birthing person and the role of the pelvic floor in birth and why it is essential to deepen our understanding of the role of oxytocin to best prepare to minimize trauma during birthing and thrive through postpartum and menopause transitions.
